like a virgin...

Tried something new today, I`d bought a 4GF mat recently but have been reluctant to try it. Today I finally left the board in the car and took the mat out in marginal surf on a sunny afternoon. I tucked it under my arm and sheepishly headed across the sand, the deserted beach perfect for my initial awkward explorations.So many questions, which end is the front? where do I position my weight? Arms and legs to paddle? What am I doing with this thing? I`ll keep at it till I figure if it`s gonna work for me!
