Great conditions for a lunch time surf on the dropping tide. I`ve been carrying a lot of anger/stress from work the last few days and an hour in the water washed most of it away. I came out of the water a happier man.

Cold clear morning, light offshore and low 40`s at sunrise. Went out for an hour of "aqua-therapy "

Kiddie Pool
Great weather and conditions but no surf for days now, Lake Pacific. I intend to surf on whatever is out there tomorrow just for the therapeutic value.
