Today

Nothing like yesterday, the energy has moved on. Don`t get me wrong, I`m not complaining and I still had fun and hsve lots to be thankful for.A pretty morning at the beach and an hour or so of surfing makes for a good start to my Saturday. 
 
 

off to the races

Both HB and NB were smoking this morning, on the dropping tide. I had too much work and could only stay to watch a little while. I hope this holds into tomorrow.

I had a lot to do early, by the time I had some free time the tide was coming up and the wind was putting a little ruffle on the water. I went down coast looking for something different, did`n`t surf but sure enjoyed the search. Maybe tomorrow.

 
 

meditation labyrinth

Here`s a project I finished recently. I was asked to create a meditation path for a woman in Corona Del Mar, a place for her to walk and "find her center". Very frustrating formwork job and kind of challenging,but it`s work to pay the bills  

Serenity now

I surfed after the high tide this afternoon.Not much size but I had the place all to myself most of the time, nobody within 100 strokes of me. The water is refreshing, the sun is out and I got every wave I wanted. Just one fine afternoon....

monday morning off

I scheduled a morning off to catch the west swell that was hitting the coast. It seems it didn`t hit here so much. Very foggy, inconsistent, and some funky red tide in the water were the negatives. On the bright side- not many guys out, waves all to myself (a few fun sections)and time to just relax. I found myself saying "thanks Lord" more than once
