Finally glassy again this morning, warm water, light offshore and the crowd slept in. Kind of walled on sets,so wave selection (? anything I can catch ) was critical. I had a few good (short) sections, great start to the day
The early morning wind was with us again today. There was the random decent section but conditions were a little sloppy most places. I`ll check it again later when the tide comes up.
Longest day of the year, school`s out, lot`s of folks in the water.( too warm for a fullsuit)I didn`t get but 3 waves in an hour but at least I was surfing while most of the planet was working to eat.
Molly graduated from high school tonight. Very cool, sad at the same time. Not my little kid anymore but in charge of a life that is all her creation. As a parent I have so many hopes for her and pray she won`t have to travel down some of the dead ends I tried. But God is always good and will be with her.
Foggy early, couldn`t even see what was out there. I waited for the fog to clear and the tide to rise, but the wind blew early and messed things up a bit
Gray and dribbly this morning, with a somewhat jumbled weak swell. I chose not to surf but headed home to be with my family. Give your dad a hug today and give thanks to your heavenly Father
I managed to get in the water this mid-morning. The wind was coming up but the swell was still ok. Surfed at 45th for an hour, then back to work. 67 degree water means no rubber necessary
I went down to look before 6am, had to be on the job early today and couldn`t surf but it looked like it was going to be pretty good today. I can go later or tomorrow morning
