AM/PM

There was good surf at HB this AM but I discovered I`d forgotten my wetsuit so blew my chance at getting any, this afternoon the wind howled and the kite guys were on it.

It looked like this most of the day, south wind blew all day.It`s frustrating because I`ve had the time to surf the last few days but conditions have not cooperated.Tomorrow looks the same but I`m hoping for a surf window

Left the house early and couldn`t help but notice the show Creation was putting on this morning...
 

chasing ghosts

It`s springtime all of a sudden, sunny and warm. The surf was weak, mushy ,crowded- typical Sunday at the cliffs. I paddled for lots of waves that just wouldn`t break, finally caught one and went in.A nice start to the day anyway.

weekend shoreline

Dog walkers, joggers, bike-riders, and surfers of all shapes and sizes took to the shore this sunny morning. It`s starting out to be another nice weekend. The swell is weak and inconsistent but a nice section can be had if you`re lucky and patient.

Some people may have been happy to get in the water today, but I looked at the jumbled windswell and decided my time was best spent trying to make a living.Tomorrow will be better
