The Surfing Heritage museum nearby hosts some wonderful art events regularly,I hear this one will even offer snacks and free beer.Mmmmm....

Finally got back in the water, it wasn`t great but it was surfing. Kind of weak with some texture but I got a few fun ones and then went back to work

I got my stitches out today and am cleared to surf, but reality shows a weak wobbly hightide swell so I`ll wait a few more days till this next stormsystem passes.

I`m still not able to surf ( with stitches healing)I have been spending my spare time poolside as youngest daughters senior year of swim winds to a close.

As of noon, this thing was still on the beach. Lot`s of activity trying to float it as the tide comes up.

An interesting addition to the line-up today, don`t know if it was due to mechanical error(where`s that anchor?), pilot error?( hide the empties skipper) The insurance company will get to the bottom of it, I`m sure. 
 
 

Went to the Doc today ,stitches healing well but insistent that water quality at our local surf spots would not be a good idea for another week or so. Looked like it was fun early.

HB contest

Just watched today, I can`t get wet till my doctor says OK. It was a pretty morning with a SW swell throwing in some decent waves. 
 
 
 

spring surf

Good waves the last few days,too much work to get in the water though.I`ll be just spectating the next couple weeks due to some stitches that have to heal. No surf for...how long Doc?
